About the role

Join our team as the District Vice President for KONE Southeast District. This role involves driving business operations, managing budgets, and fostering a safety-first culture. Successful candidates should have 7+ years of leadership experience in a consultative selling environment and a union-represented workforce.

Responsibilities

• Drive total business operations for the Southeast District, including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines.
• Collaborate with reports, customers, and colleagues to promote a positive culture and achieve safety and quality goals.
• Manage a union-represented workforce and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Coach, reinforce, and develop a team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience leading a union-represented workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Commitment to promoting a safety culture.
• Passion for a culture that fosters continuous learning.

Pay

The hiring range for this role in various locations is $243,000.00 – $318,885.00. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the business strategy.
