About the role
Join our team as a District Vice President for KONE Southeast District. This role involves driving business operations, managing a budget, and fostering a safety-first culture. Successful candidates should have 7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a union-represented environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive total business operations for your geography, including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines.
- Collaborate with reports, customers, and colleagues to promote a positive culture and achieve safety and quality goals.
- Manage a union-represented workforce and lead a consultative selling environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on safety and quality.
- Experience in a union-represented environment preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and execute business plans.

Pay
The hiring range for this role in various locations is $243,000.00 - $318,885.00. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the business strategy.
