Join our team as a District Vice President for KONE Southeast District. This role involves driving business operations, including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines, while fostering a positive safety and quality culture.

Responsibilities

• Execute and own an annual business plan and work within a budget
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Coach, reinforce, and develop a team of professionals
• Promote a safety culture in your district
• Drive a culture of continuous learning for yourself, your team, and your customers

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience in a consultative selling environment
• Experience leading a union-represented workforce
• A bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant industry experience

Pay

The hiring range for this role in various locations is $243,000.00 – $318,885.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location.
