About the role
The District Vice President for KONE Southeast District is responsible for driving the total business operations, including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines, within their geographical area. This role requires a strong background in service expertise, consultative selling, and leadership experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive the total business operations for the Southeast District
- Work collaboratively with reports, customers, and colleagues to achieve safety and quality goals
- Manage a union-represented workforce
- Develop and execute an annual business plan
- Own and manage a budget
- Focus on solutions for customers
- Coach, reinforce, and develop a team

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive and successful leadership experience
- Relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment
- Experience leading a union-represented workforce
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in a related industry

Pay
The hiring range for this role in various locations is $243,000.00 – $318,885.00. The compensation package offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the needs of the business.
