About the role
Join our team as a District Vice President for KONE Southeast District. This role involves driving business operations, including sales and operations for both service and construction business lines, while fostering a safety-first culture.
Responsibilities
- Execute and own an annual business plan and work within a budget
- Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Coach, reinforce, and develop a team to ensure high performance and a positive culture
- Promote a safety culture and quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results
- Manage a union-represented workforce with 7+ years of progressive leadership experience and relevant service expertise
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of success in a consultative selling environment
- Experience managing a union-represented workforce
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Pay
The hiring range for this role in various locations is $243,000.00 – $318,885.00. The compensation package is tailored based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the business strategy.
