District Service Manager - Texas & New Mexico

For our client, we are seeking a District Service Manager - Texas & New Mexico to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee customer service and support operations across the district, with a strong focus on team leadership, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The District Service Manager will partner with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends coaching, technical support, quality system oversight, and data-driven decision-making in a regulated healthcare environment.
