About the role
Helmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. Founded in 1969, the company is headquartered in Calabasas Hills, CA with a distribution center there and an eastern distribution point in Southaven, MS. Its digital marketing team is based in Lake Oswego, OR. Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots, Kriega, Fasthouse and FXR, while also distributing HJC, Alpinestars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo, Quad Lock, Insta360 and Sena to motorcycle dealerships nationwide. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. With a market‑leading sales team across the country and plans to add new brands, Helmet House aims to grow significantly over the next five years.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will provide on‑site/in‑field support to current dealers and prospect new dealers to facilitate growth in the assigned territory.

Requirements
- Strong desire for success with a team player attitude
- Proven communication skills
- Up‑to‑date with today’s technology
- Extremely self‑motivated
- Willingness to travel on the road with occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Reside within the New Mexico/West Texas territory
