District Manager - Texas
About the Role
As our next District Manager, you will lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to enhance pipeline management effectiveness and drive overall sales performance. You’ll ensure each sales representative maintains a balanced pipeline and follows best practices for opportunity management to maximize growth potential. In this role, you will implement structured pipeline reviews and forecasting processes to promote accountability and visibility across the district. You will also develop and execute regional strategies to drive pipeline growth—proactively identifying gaps, uncovering new opportunities, and aligning team activities to market potential.

- Sales Team Development: Coach, train, and mentor sales representatives on pipeline health, diversity, and deal progression.
- Strategic Pipeline Focus: Execute a district-wide business plan focused on maintaining a full sales funnel.
- Financial & KPI Management: Drive achievement of pipeline-related KPIs and ensure effective budget management.
- Technology Utilization: Ensure the team effectively leverages Salesforce and Qlik to maintain an accurate pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 8+ years of sales experience, with a record of achieving outstanding sales results.
- 12+ years of sales experience is required without a degree.
- Three years of key account responsibility and managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and pipeline forecasting skills.
- Ability to develop and execute regional business strategies.
- Approximately 75% overnight travel; a valid driver’s license is required.

Pay
Base Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 annually. This role is also eligible for further compensation through an annual/sales bonus, in addition to the base salary. Individual base salaries are determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
