Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train great employees
- Drive sales and grow business profits for multiple Champion locations
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Representatives
- Model best practices and provide constructive coaching
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus
- Recognize and celebrate achievements
- Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with in-home sales strongly preferred
- Recruiting, onboarding, and talent development experience required
- Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed goals
- Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting
- Experience managing Profit and Loss
- Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
