District Manager - NC/VA

For our client, we are seeking a District Manager - NC/VA to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead a multi-store district across North Carolina and Virginia, driving sales performance, customer experience, and operational consistency. The District Manager will partner closely with store leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution of business priorities. This position also plays a key role in developing future leaders, reinforcing brand standards, and using performance insights to improve results across the district.
