About the role
We are seeking a District Manager to oversee automotive service and repair operations across multiple retail locations in Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Reaching financial goals and driving sales growth
- Hiring, training, and coaching store managers and team members
- Ensuring quality and consistency across the district
- Developing business strategies for revenue and profitability
- Managing inventory and addressing customer concerns with excellent service
- Assigning workloads and enforcing company policies and legal compliance
- Addressing performance issues and fostering team development
Qualifications
- Management experience in auto repair shops or related automotive industry
- Proven leadership, coaching, and business development skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
- Track record of achieving sales and profit targets
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Valid driver’s license in California; prior technician experience preferred but not required
