About the role

We are seeking a District Manager in the automotive service and repair industry to oversee retail repair shops within a designated region in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Achieving financial objectives and driving sales growth
• Hiring, training, and coaching store managers and team members
• Ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance across multiple locations
• Developing business strategies for revenue expansion and inventory control
• Addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns with excellent service

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals, with analytical and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations
