About the role

We are seeking a District Manager in the automotive service & repair industry to oversee operations across multiple retail repair shops in Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Reaching financial objectives and increasing sales & profitability
• Hiring, training, and coaching store managers and team members
• Assigning workloads and developing business strategies for revenue growth
• Enforcing customer policies and ensuring quality consistency across locations
• Addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns with excellent service
• Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with laws and policies

Qualifications

• Management experience in auto repair shops or related automotive industry roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
• Proven ability to meet sales and profit goals with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to adapt to business changes
• Preferred background as an automotive technician; valid California driver’s license required
