About the role
Victra is the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States. As a District Manager, you will lead approximately 10-15 individual store locations.
Responsibilities
- Aim to meet and exceed sales quotas monthly
- Lead by example and demonstrate excellent listening skills and solid decision-making skills
- Work well in a team environment and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape
- Recruit, promote, retain, and terminate store employees
- Manage, train, coach, and supervise Store Managers
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Director on district status, progress, and needs
- Ensure store sales teams follow Victra policies and procedures
- Provide extraordinary services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze district sales results and trends to achieve increases and maximize sales
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, displays, and appearance
- Manage inventory shrinkage and security
- Build excellent sales teams through successful sales skills and behaviors
- Direct and coordinate store sales staff to achieve sales, productivity, and profit goals
- Communicate objectives and priorities to Store Managers
- Visit stores regularly to inspire, train, and motivate employees
- Personal audit each location at least once per month
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback
- Monitor and distribute inventory throughout the district
- Facilitate the implementation of new policies and procedures
- Communicate marketing and operational needs to corporate departments
- Schedule and monitor employee time to meet company goals
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- College degree preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in Retail sales environment
- 4 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, stretch, stand for long periods
Qualifications
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, stretch, stand for long periods
- Travel requirements: 75% travel
- Training requirements: Attend and successfully complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of start date

Pay
Compensation Base Pay: $54,138 - $62,467. The average #all-in pay is $88,192 per year for this role.
