About the role
Responsible for leading a group of store managers to deliver on sales and profit, operational excellence and inspiring store teams. This candidate should be based in the Boston, MA area.
Responsibilities
- Manage the business profitability in alignment with the Company Strategy
- Understand and translate the Company Strategy into achievable district goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support stores and company goals
- Develop action plans for underperforming stores
- Partner with multiple departments to execute new store openings and store renovations
- Partner with Human Resources on employee relations issues
- Provide honest and effective leadership with integrity that builds a performance-driven culture
- Role model sales floor leadership to motivate the team and maximize productivity
- Manage, coach, and develop the individual store management. Ensure proper training of SM’s, SMIT’s, AM’s, MIT’s, Sales Associates, Cashiers and Stock
- Identify high potential talent and develop individual plans to grow store talent and maximize succession plans for open positions within and outside respective district
- Clear, concise and trustworthy communicator with entire store teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi store management experience
- High School diploma or equivalent. College preferred, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding leadership abilities
- Successful track record in driving sales
