About the role

The role is available for a dynamic leader with a strong background in large loans for Heights Finance's Northern Kentucky district. This position is part of Attain Finance, which includes brands like Cash Money®, LendDirect®, Heights Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate branch effectiveness by conducting reviews and analyzing activity, statistics, and related reports.
  • Develop and monitor district budgets and identify opportunities to minimize operating costs.
  • E nsure compliance with Federal and State regulations across the branch system.
  • Enforce collection, credit extension, cash control, and other operational standards within the district.
  • E nsure that the district adheres to all internal and external audit requirements and that any corrective action is implemented.
  • Provide guidance, supervision, training, and evaluation of Branch Managers to meet sales and profitability goals.
  • E valuate, communicate, and document employee performance to senior management.
  • R esponsible for maintaining adequate staffing to maintain performance including developing succession planning, and assisting with the recruitment/selection process for any new hires.
  • Provide input for salary action and disciplinary action, including termination of employees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in consumer finance with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • E xperience in hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with both leadership and team members.
  • Analytically driven and able to process and decipher information to identify areas of opportunity and influence change in a larger group.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%, including some overnight travel, primarily within the region.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role with the possibility of some overnight travel.

Pay

$65,000 - $100,000 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
