About the role
The principal function of the District Manager is to provide strategic leadership and operational management for all departments within the District. The District Manager assists departmental management in coordinating activities and sees that they are completed in accordance with general policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors as well as regulatory compliance.

- Provides strategic leadership and operational management for all departments within the District.
- Affirms departmental management in coordinating activities and ensuring completion in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with Board of Directors' policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multiple departments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of utility industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
