About the role
The principal function of the District Manager is to provide strategic leadership and operational management for all departments within the District. The District Manager assists departmental management in coordinating activities and sees that they are completed in accordance with general policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors as well as regulatory compliance.

- Provides strategic leadership and operational management for all departments within the District.
- Affirms and supports the mission, vision, and values of the Board of Directors.
- Assists departmental management in coordinating activities and ensuring they are completed in accordance with general policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors as well as regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in managing multiple departments within a utility district.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Knowledge of utility operations, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders including customers, employees, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in utility management or a similar field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
