Job Summary
Working as a District Manager supporting the Compass @ Client Data Center portfolio, you are responsible for overseeing multiple high-profile data center dining operations in Oklahoma (Tulsa area) and Texas (Abilene area). This role requires approximately 50–60% travel to support operational excellence, new build site mobilizations, client engagement, and business continuity across multiple locations. In partnership with Compass @ Client leadership, you will lead and develop General Managers while ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, food safety, financial performance, hospitality, and client service. This position operates in a highly collaborative matrix organization, partnering closely with the Compass @ Client leadership team to support strategic initiatives, mobilizations, innovation, and portfolio growth.
- Monitor overall financial performance across all sites within the account to ensure profitability and achievement of budget targets
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and Directors of Dining Services to drive engagement, consistency, and performance
- Ensure consistent, fair, and compliant administration of personnel policies and procedures across all locations
- Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the account
- Maintain strong client relationships at both the enterprise and site level, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Travel 50–60% within the U.S. to support site operations, business needs, and client engagement
- Support growth initiatives within the account, including service expansion and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–7 years of contract foodservice management experience, ideally within Corporate Dining / B&I environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive client relationship management skills
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing P&L across multiple sites
- Multi-site operational leadership experience required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in foodservice management
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
