Position Summary

As a District Manager, you will oversee 8–12 store locations, serving as a key leader responsible for executing company initiatives, driving financial performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.

• Drive achievement of company targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.

• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.

• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.

• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.

• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires, tire-related services, and mechanical repairs is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in training, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of personal integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in small to medium-sized groups.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly and spend significant time on-site as needed.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and insurability under company vehicle policy.
