District Manager/Area Supervisor

About the role

Join a 12-store Domino's franchise in Northeast Illinois (Lake County, Illinois), with plans to expand. Seeking a District Manager/Supervisor with 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, or equivalent, to lead operations and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for five to seven restaurant units
• Drive sales and profitability
• Develop the professional abilities of unit management staff
• Ensure adherence to financial controls, operation standards, policies, and procedures
• Ensure a positive experience for customers and a positive work environment for employees

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong talent and performance-management skills, ability to train and support team
• Solid financial analysis skills
• Clean driving and criminal record

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as District Manager or Multi-unit operator in the restaurant industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Domino’s experience preferred)
• Clean driving and criminal record
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to relocate (20-25 minutes or less from locations)
