Responsibilities

• Learn about the sales and operations of a distribution business
• Participate in a 12-month program designed to identify a career path through exposure to multiple aspects of the business

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
• Previous leadership experience, such as in sports or school organizations

Qualifications

• Upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA
• Recent college graduate
• Ready to start your career

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in learning about distribution business operations
