About the role
This 24-month immersive training and development program is designed for recent or upcoming college graduates (BS/BA) who want to start a career in an industry that directly impacts local communities and supports critical infrastructure. The program prepares participants for key roles within the organization through exposure to multiple aspects of the business, focusing on sales, operations, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Flexibility to relocate after the first year
