About the role

This program is designed for recent college graduates or upcoming spring graduates with a BS/BA who are ready to start their career.
The program focuses on operational and leadership development, helping you identify a career path through exposure to multiple aspects of the business, including sales and operations of a distribution business.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
