Distribution Trainee

About the role
This program is designed for recent or upcoming college graduates with a BS/BA who are eager to start a career in an industry that directly impacts local communities and supports critical infrastructure. You’ll receive immersive training and development to prepare for key roles within our organization, focusing on sales, operations, and leadership in a distribution business. The program offers exposure to multiple aspects of the business to help identify your ideal career path.
Requirements
- Recent college graduate or upcoming graduate in the spring with a BS/BA
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
