Distribution Trainee

About the role
This is a 24-month immersive training and development program designed to prepare recent or upcoming college graduates for key roles in our organization. The program focuses on operational and leadership development, exposing participants to multiple aspects of the business to help identify a career path in sales and operations of a distribution business.
Requirements
- Recent or upcoming college graduate (spring) with a BS/BA degree
- Less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- Flexibility to relocate after the first year
