Distribution Associate

About the role

At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Interprets sales orders and pulls the correct product
• Performs quality control assessments and stacks items safely and securely in the right packaging
• Follows company picking/packing procedures
• Ensures order pick/count accuracy
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Operates various pieces of equipment, including Pallet Jack and pallet wrapper
• Handles inventory with care and attention to detail
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety practices
• Handles basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Reports out any discrepancies or adjustments needed by the supervisor
• May undertake other duties as directed

Requirements

• Must be over 21 years of age
• Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday
• Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer
• Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool
• Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
• Able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
• Able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities

$18.00/hour

Schedule

Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
