About the role

The individual in this role performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
• Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
• Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
• Routes materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
• Completes written and computerized documentation.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 1 year related experience.
• Prefers forklift certification.

Pay

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $24.66 –28.55 $/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
