Distribution Associate

About the role

This position is based in Malvern, PA, USA, and requires on-site support 5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare waybills, and other needed documentation, for shipping requests within the United States
• Reviews shipping requests and documents for errors or missing information
• Performs accurate data entry, creates memos and other correspondence as required for accurate documentation
• Works with supervisor and the quality department to investigate and correct documentation errors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 or more months office-related experience
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with SOPs, cGMP, and GDP preferred

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Detail oriented to produce timely and accurate work
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with active listening ability
• Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills to prioritize work and efficiently react to change in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization

Skills

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards (SOPs, cGMP, GDP)

Pay

The compensation for this role is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is full-time, 5 days per week.
