- Serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide product strategy for next-generation fulfillment and warehouse management capabilities.
- Translate business needs, operational challenges, customer insights, and technology opportunities into scalable product strategies and long-term investments.
- Shape organizational capabilities by influencing product vision, lifecycle decisions, and technology adoption across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Automation teams.
- Drive innovation, operational excellence, scalability, and enterprise value across highly automated fulfillment ecosystems.
- Bring deep understanding of automated fulfillment center operations, including goods-to-person workflows, robotic orchestration, inventory movement optimization, and real-time execution systems.
- Shape product strategy for large-scale warehouse management platforms operating across complex automation ecosystems like ASRS, shuttles, AMRs, conveyors, sortation, and automated storage technologies.
- Influence cross-functional alignment between software, operations, controls engineering, automation vendors, and supply chain stakeholders to deliver resilient and scalable fulfillment capabilities.
- Balance throughput, latency, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, and operational recoverability in mission-critical environments.
- Drive long-term architecture and product evolution for modern warehouse execution and management ecosystems, including integration patterns with home-grown and enterprise platforms.
- Operate effectively in environments where software, automation hardware, controls systems, and operational processes must function as a tightly integrated ecosystem.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize fulfillment performance, exception management, flow orchestration, and continuous improvement initiatives across automated fulfillment centers.
- Partner closely with engineering and operational leaders to translate emerging fulfillment technologies and automation capabilities into scalable product roadmaps and business outcomes.
- Navigate ambiguity and drive strategic clarity in fast-evolving operational environments involving next-generation automation, AI-assisted decisioning, and intelligent warehouse execution.
- Serve as a thought leader for next-generation fulfillment product innovation, helping define industry-leading approaches to scalable, adaptive, and resilient automated supply chain operations.

- The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Supervisory experience.
