Project Manager, Warehouse Automation
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a warehouse process automation initiative focused on improving inbound logistics operations through the implementation of a SaaS-based document scanning solution. This role will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of new technology and operational processes within a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale business and technology initiatives.
- Experience managing warehouse automation, logistics technology, supply chain, distribution center, or operational transformation projects.
- Proven success implementing SaaS platforms or enterprise applications that impact business processes and end-user operations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including operations, business leadership, IT, vendors, and subject matter experts.
