Dispensary Entry Agent

Authority & Supervision

Reports directly to the Dispensary Entry Agent Team Lead. Additional oversight by Assistant Dispensary Manager and Dispensary Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce the company’s safety and entry procedures.
• Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building.
• Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building.
• Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches.
• Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly.
• Assist with clearing snow and/or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable with handling confidential information.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must pass all required background checks.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance).
• This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time.
