Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Enter customer orders accurately into the company's database or order management system
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify customer information, pricing, and product details
  • Update and maintain customer records as needed
  • Communicate with customers or internal departments regarding order discrepancies
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous data entry, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
