Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately into the company's database or order management system
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy
- Verify customer information, pricing, and product details
- Update and maintain customer records as needed
- Communicate with customers or internal departments regarding order discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
