Dispensary Budtender

At Embr Dispensary, our Budtenders are more than retail associates—they are cannabis educators and brand ambassadors. As the face of our dispensary, you'll create a welcoming environment while helping customers confidently navigate our carefully curated selection of premium cannabis products. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming, professional, and inclusive environment
• Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, potency, effects, and responsible use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting retail environment
• Stay current on new products, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace
• Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and state and local cannabis regulations

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License or Massachusetts State ID required
• Ability to pass a CORI background check
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Previous cannabis retail, dispensary, or retail sales experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and operating POS systems
• Passion for cannabis and a commitment to continuous learning
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply

• Open availability required
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including: Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays

Pay

Pay: $17.00/hour + tips
