Dispatcher - Orlando

About the role

The Dispatcher ensures customer calls are answered and handled to high standards, building lifelong customer relationships. Ideal candidates thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking. Dispatchers route technicians efficiently, update customers on technician status, identify opportunities, and schedule appointments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedules
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians based on priority and location
• Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician database
• Coordinate parts scheduling
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions
• Answer customer questions about rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
