Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily schedules for HVAC and plumbing technicians.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and team members over the phone and via email.
• Assign tasks based on technician expertise, ensuring the right person is dispatched for each job.
• Maintain the upcoming day's schedule to ensure all time slots are filled.
• Learn and apply basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge to improve scheduling accuracy.
• Provide updates to technicians and customers on job statuses as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize routing and dispatching for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge (training provided).
• Comfortable working in an office setting, full-time.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
