Dispatcher - Orlando

About the role

The Dispatcher ensures customer calls are handled to high standards, builds customer relationships, routes technicians efficiently, updates customers on technician status, identifies opportunities, and schedules appointments.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedules
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians based on priority and location
• Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Communicate with field personnel via Outlook
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician database
• Coordinate parts scheduling
• Coordinate warranty installations with other divisions
• Answer customer questions about rebates, system operations, warranties, etc.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
