Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Dispatching and scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency.
• Cooking emergency service calls while minimizing downtime.
• Managing the daily service board and adjusting schedules as priorities change.
• Communicating professionally with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
• Confirming next-day appointments.
• Receiving, organizing, and staging incoming parts for technicians.
• Matching parts to work orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Supporting office operations to ensure exceptional customer service every day.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dispatching experience is required.
• This is not an entry-level position.
• The ideal candidate has experience dispatching in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, restaurant equipment repair, towing, trucking, restoration, or another service industry.
• The candidate is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• The candidate can successfully manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
• The candidate communicates professionally and confidently with customers and technicians.
• The candidate remains calm and solution-focused when schedules change.
• The candidate is dependable, accountable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
• The candidate learns new software quickly and is comfortable using computers throughout the day.
