Dispatcher - Full Time

Role Overview: The position involves coordinating shipment activities, ensuring timely transit and delivery, and maintaining accurate operational records. Key Responsibilities Coordinate shipment movement with internal teams, agents, airlines, and partners to support delivery timelines.Process shipment data, status updates, and records to ensure accuracy and visibility.Monitor active shipments, communicate delays or issues, and support resolution efforts.Verify shipment documentation and tracking details for compliance.Maintain information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation teams for aligned execution.Analyze operational trends, recommend workflow improvements, and enhance service consistency.Support daily transportation and customer service activities for operational continuity. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years in logistics, transportation coordination, or shipment tracking.Preferred certifications include CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM.
