About the role

The Dispatcher is responsible for managing towing resources to ensure efficient vehicle pickups and deliveries, enhancing branch productivity and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to towing partners
• Coordinate capacity and resource allocation
• Facilitate smooth operations within the yard
• Support auction activities and maintain operational flow
• Manage towing schedules and prioritize assignments
• Liaise with partners and ensure timely vehicle movement
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of yard operations
