About the role

The role of a Dispatcher involves overseeing road service operations through effective communication with Operators and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Tracking trip performance
• Ensuring timely route starts
• Managing incidents
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding trips, cancellations, and no-shows
• Acting as a liaison during emergencies, managing situations to maintain service quality and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)
• 3-5 years of dispatching experience
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Compliance with DOT regulations, including drug testing and physicals
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, sit for extended periods, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate uneven terrain
