Responsibilities
- Provides quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
- Coordinates with the Service Team and Project Management to schedule equipment startups, programming, commissioning, and other service activities.
- Directs the activity of the transport function and transporters, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Monitors procedures related to availability and completion task, and follows up on issues related to service and operations.
- Proactively plans, schedules, and dispatches service calls and preventive maintenance inspections, assigning technicians based on skill level, availability, and customer needs
