Dispatcher - Executive Transportation

What You'll Do:

• Cook up individual and group reservations for luxury transportation.
• Keep an eye on trips in real-time and handle same-day operations.
• Pair clients with chauffeurs based on their skills, personalities, and trip needs.
• Assign vehicles according to client requirements and fleet availability.
• React quickly to sudden changes like flight delays or traffic jams.
• Communicate clearly with chauffeurs to ensure they meet and exceed client expectations.
• Track trip statuses and chauffeur punctuality to guarantee a flawless client experience.
• Provide outstanding support to both clients and chauffeurs.
• Help out with phone support, data entry, and operational reporting as needed.

Our Minimum Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, and coordination.
• Familiarity with dispatching or logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ease in navigating various technology platforms.
