Role Overview
Evaluate customer calls to assign the right technician to each job.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians according to schedule.
- Schedule and monitor service calls and technician assignments.
- Handle incoming service calls and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing concerns and special requirements.
- Cookordinate and verify weekend and on-call duties for co-workers.
- Support and collaborate with team members.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Strong skills in phone handling and active listening.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong adaptability to various customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective multitasking, prioritizing, and time management abilities.
