This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

• Full-Time
• Tuesday-Friday 12PM-8:30PM, Saturday 7:30AM-4PM

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring all inbound INTL shipments scheduled for the NHP CFS.
• Monitoring TMS report for all international arrivals to ensure that freight is recovered in a timely manner.
• Completing all activities in TMS pertaining to the BONDED Room.
• Monitoring drivers to ensure all BONDED shipments are recovered from the airline.
• Reviewing and monitoring Bonded freight daily, ensuring that cold chain is maintained within the CFS.
• Creating Customs Blue Manipulation for replenishment in the Bonded room.
• Entering Gather replenishment details daily into TMS.
• Monitoring and maintaining cold chain for all shipments on FDA hold.
• Ensuring all shipments within the CFS are secured and safely stored.
• Ensuring that all SOPs and policies are followed.
• Reporting all complaints and issues to management immediately.
• Maintain all customs related documentation (Form 3499, etc.).
• Ensure all shipments are moved from the CFS once cleared.
• Ensure all shipments are sent to “G-O” warehouse once threshold is met.
• Conduct daily audits of the CFS to ensure full compliance of CFS regulations.
• Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Manager to achieve team targets.
• Ensure compliance to codes including health and safety.
• Adopt Designated Screening Area (DSA) rules in the Bonded Area by preventing and challenging unauthorized entry.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Proficient knowledge of TMS applicable reports.
• General knowledge of the airport and surrounding area.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft teams and Outlook email.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborator.
• Sense of urgency.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willing to work additional shifts and hours when required based upon the Business needs.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Detail oriented.

Pay Details

Full-time Salary Range: $51,500 - 73,700. This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
