Dispatcher
About the role
As a Dispatcher, you will manage Drivers to ensure prompt receipt and delivery of equipment from/to customers. This role is responsible for overseeing the application of appropriate DOT standards, reporting, scheduling, and supporting customer service/sales goals of the business unit.
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years in role applications of various construction/industrial equipment
- Experience applying knowledge of the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Skills
- Customer Service & dispatch training (a plus)
- Working knowledge of the delivery area
- Able to effectively communicate

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
Pay
Base Pay Range: $53,489.00 - $73,547.10. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
Schedule
Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
