About the role

As a dispatcher at M.E. Flow, a Southern Home Services Company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations are efficient and profitable. You'll be responsible for taking calls, assessing customer needs, and assigning technicians effectively.

Responsibilities

• Taking warm handoffs from the call center and deploying the right technician with intent.
• Understanding customer needs and matching jobs to technicians with the best skills, personality, and strengths.
• Dispatching based on results rather than proximity, focusing on judgement, influence, and hospitality.
• Communicating effectively via phone and dispatch systems, ensuring clear and concise interactions.
• Building trust and handling objections professionally.
• Performing tasks while sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• A competitive and motivated mindset focused on results.
• A strong communicator with a service-minded approach.
