In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly mannerAct as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & managementSchedule service and routine maintenance appointmentsMaintain & update customer records based on interactionsProcess invoice paymentsProvide information about products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concernsDevelop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customersParticipate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this positionAdditional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications $25-30/ hrMonday - Friday 9a - 6p and Saturday - Sunday 8a - 5p (rotating weekends)Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is requiredKnowledge in Microsoft Office is a requiredService Titan is a plusAbility to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workersFind it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completionWork well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environmentEnjoy patiently, empathetically helping othersExcellent written and verbal communication skills The Physical Requirements Of This Job Include Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or officeCommunicate verbally via phone or other communication device.Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephoneUse hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
