Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to field technicians.
• Schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service, maximizing field technicians' time and mileage.
• Utilize radio and tracking devices to direct technicians as needed.
• Keep clients updated and informed as necessary.
• Ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a dispatcher.
• Relevant customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Able to type 35-45 WPM.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed set goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Attention to detail.
