Job Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls; maintain up-to-date contact directoriesDispatch emergency situations to appropriate departments promptlyMaintain current knowledge of resort operations; communicate professionally via radio and phoneKeep accurate records of radio units, phone systems, and resort personnelAssist departments by paging or radioing staff as neededEnsure confidentiality of all customer and employee informationMonitor weather alerts via online tools and Thor-Guard system; communicate updatesLog phone issues and report to IT help deskMaintain accurate database forms and system entriesOperate and monitor CCTV systems; report suspicious activitySecure the Dispatch Office and monitor alarm/access control systemsAttend training sessions to stay current on protocols and technologyComply with all regulations and uphold resort standardsSupport team operations and assist with additional tasks as needed Education High School Diploma or GED Preferred Experience Intermediate computer knowledge is requiredComplete a passing score on the Central Station Operator Course Level One within six months of hire date.
